fry up:
quarter red onion
one clove garlic
little sesame oil
1.5 veggie burger chopped all up
add:
tomato paste and a little water
brown sugar/salt/pepper to taste
let it cook around for a little bit and serve on a toasted PA Dutch potato roll...delicious
